Superlative Leadership Qualities of Chief (Dr.) Francis Inegbeniki X–Rayed--

One Symbolic side of The Great Uzoya of Esanland is that he takes Leadership Personally.
  •  He understand that he have a part to play in the story that is his life and that of his Esan People.
  • That there is a job to be done, tasks to complete, ideas to originate, and ground to be gained.
  • The Uzoya knows that a leading role has meaning. It adds something to the story. A leading role is the part of the pacesetter, the one who plays the first part. And that is why his is our next Senator.
  • Chief (Dr) Francis Leadership role has entrances and exits; manage not as a one man show. He make appearances and absent himself at times to allow for variables or new ideas. His leadership role serves as the one with whom others identify. This is very symbolic.
  • Chief (Dr.) Francis Inegbeniki's leadership role has relevance. You know you are effective when you are, with what you believe, with what you say, with what you intend to influence, with your thinking, with your attitudes, and the actions/response of those you lead. He at times take tough decisions even when it affects few policy/decision makers but beneficial to the vast majority of the people. His reason----because he believes that the larger interest supersedes the smaller interest.
  • WISDOM, MONEY, LOVE, INTEGRITY AND SELF CONFIDENCE BOOST ONES POLITICAL AMBITION IN PRESENT DAY NIGERIA.
  • ........To be continued....

HAPPY NEW WEEK TO YOU ALL. THE PARABLE: THE MESSAGE YOU GO BY YOURSELF IS QUICKER, EASIER AND POSITIVE-RESULT-ORIENTED THAN ...

Chief Uzoya
Ladies and Gentleman,

Our people have come to a political decision period once again, and now you have the power to change the political landscape of Esanland for a better representative both at the local, state and federal levels. As I have said time and time again, if you elect me to be your face & voice in the National Assembly, there are several things I will do to ensure that your needs are met day in and day out across this land.

Politically,  many have cited my high status to remain a king maker than a senator as a reason why you shouldn't support this great Esan project for "good representation".  However, I am a career politician who has not lost touch with the everyday needs and concerns of day-to-day Esan people. My dealings as a politician, philantropist and business owner have given me a unique perspective on the pains and challenges you face as my people in Edo Central Senatorial District, which pitched my family, friends, supporters both the elderly and youths to oil-filled my ever ready desires to serve and put the best in me towards the development and prosperity of my people-Esanland & her people.
Supporters

If elected, I promise to give my all to my elected position and make sure your issues and concerns are fully addressed at the local, state and national level.

Thank you.

Chief (Dr) Francis Inegbeniki, De UZOYA of Esanland.
APC Aspirant, Edo Central Senatorial District.

THE MAN WE CAN TRUST: CHIEF (DR) FRANCIS INEGBENIKI, A SENATORIAL ASPIRANT, EDO CENTRAL SENATORIAL DISTRICT, 2015.

CHIEF (DR.) FRANCIS INEGBENIKI.
Chief & wife

The Aare Atayese of Lagos and the Uzoya of Esan land. A personality in Esan land whose influence and supporters cut across the major political parties (PDP & APC). He is an Industrialist and well-known entrepreneur. A Philantropist. He is founder/Chief Executive of Ine Oil Limited, Member, Lagos Chamber of Commerce And Industry (LCCI), National Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines And Agriculture (NACCIMA). PATRON, ESAN YOUTH MOVEMENT WORLDWIDE.

A RECENT INTERVIEW WITH CHIEF (DR) FRANCIS INEGBENIKI.

Chief

JOURNALIST: It is in the ‘rumours mills’ that you are warming up for the Senatorial position of Edo Central Senatorial district. What is the true picture?

Chief: You may call it a rumour. But it is true. I am eminently qualified to contest for that position. I have used my influence to assist many politicians in Edo State but I have never at any time contested for any political position.

I believe power comes from God... Youths from my area (Esanland) have been asking me to contest. However, I want my people to send me to the Senate. I am not power drunk; but if my people decide to send me, If I eventually represent them, I will ensure that Esanland get the right representation in the Senate. I will work for my people and not my pocket as some people are doing today. I am not contesting to make money; because, by the Grace of God, I am a successful business man. Senator Ugbesia has nothing to show for being a senator for two terms now. And we are gathering that he want to go for a third term.

The man at the senate (Ugbesia) is not representing Esanland; rather, he is representing himself and not the Esan people. What we have at the Senate at the moment, is a sleeping Senator and Esan people now want a change come 2015. We want a senator that can adequately represent Esanland; that will showcase Esanland and bring out the good virtues of the Esan race. Esan land is tired of having a dormant representative at the Senate.

The list is endless.

Reducing Child Poverty:

One in seven Esan children live in poverty. This is not news. We’ve known for decades, and governments have made broken promise after broken promise to fix the problem.

The truth is that they would prefer to grasp what are meant for the children for their selfish interests than to actually address child poverty in our land.

The most efficient, effective and dignified way to address poverty is with a guarantee towards human resources` development which late Prof. Ambrose F. Alli started many years back.

He will make sure all our kids have more of what they need to have a fair start in life which he started many years back now.

The Social Innovation Foundation For Esan Youths:

The kids of today are the leaders of tomorrow. We have to empower young people to share their ideas for a better future.

Young adults today have more education than any generation that has come before them, and have skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

But young adults have twice the unemployment rate of older people. It’s bad for the economy, bad for their health, and tough on their families.

Support programs for youth employment will  established employers that will inevitably know what they want from young people.

We want young people to tell us what they have to offer. We want to hear about their great ideas. We want to promote their chances to succeed. We want to help them change the way we do business. He believes so much in youth emporwerment and will assist small-scale business owners, turn our youths to job creators rather than job seekers and empower them.

AGRICULTURAL PLANS:

Despite the strong macro economic indicators showing over the past decade, poverty levels in Esan land have remained alarmingly and stubbornly high amongst our people, particularly those in the rural areas. This has not only been of concern, but a great shame for anyone of us associated with any level of leadership of our Nation be it those in government or in the opposition even at the private sectors.

The dismal impact on poverty reduction inspite of significant economic growth in the past decade underscores the urgent need for the country to refocus its development agenda in general and agricultural development in particular.

For many years, it has been common knowledge that agriculture in Nigeria can act as an engine of economic growth and poverty reduction within a relatively short gestation period if combined with our abundant oil resources, but only if it is given the necessary attention that it deserves and resources that it requires.

Given that about 80% of the country’s population depends on agricultural related livelihoods; it follows that the agricultural sector has the greatest potential to significantly impact the country’s poverty reduction agenda. This is what Chief (Dr) Francis Inegbeniki`s plan seeks to achieve.

The Key plans are:

(I) Sustainable use of the natural resource base;
(II) Infrastructure and market access;
(III) Food security and disaster management; and
(IV)Research and technology

These focus areas which are elaborated in our main document prepared are all interlinked, complimentary and require strong synergies to ensure they remain focused and actualize accordingly.

 EDUCATION:

As a product of public school, Chief (Dr) Francis Inegbeniki knows the difference education can make in achieving the Nigerian dream regardless of the culture, gender or socio-economic background.

HEALTH:

Chief (Dr) Francis Inegbeniki is committed to ensuring that we all have access to quality, affordable health care. If elected, she will introduce a well-packaged reach out programmes to address inherent health problems.

WELFARE FOR THE AGED:

We are proud of Chief (Dr) Francis Inegbeniki`s proud record of working to improve the lives and welfare of the aged in the society.
