One Symbolic side of The Great Uzoya of Esanland is that he takes Leadership Personally.
- He understand that he have a part to play in the story that is his life and that of his Esan People.
- That there is a job to be done, tasks to complete, ideas to originate, and ground to be gained.
- The Uzoya knows that a leading role has meaning. It adds something to the story. A leading role is the part of the pacesetter, the one who plays the first part. And that is why his is our next Senator.
- Chief (Dr) Francis Leadership role has entrances and exits; manage not as a one man show. He make appearances and absent himself at times to allow for variables or new ideas. His leadership role serves as the one with whom others identify. This is very symbolic.
- Chief (Dr.) Francis Inegbeniki's leadership role has relevance. You know you are effective when you are, with what you believe, with what you say, with what you intend to influence, with your thinking, with your attitudes, and the actions/response of those you lead. He at times take tough decisions even when it affects few policy/decision makers but beneficial to the vast majority of the people. His reason----because he believes that the larger interest supersedes the smaller interest.
